And finally my TOP TOP favorite moment of the night was the ride home. However he didn’t do what I expected, his words were so heart felt and wonderful it took my breath away.

For weeks Chris has been teasing me by telling me he is going to use lines from the TV show ‘SCRUBS’ as his vows. My second favorite part was Chris’s vows. He looked so handsome all of our family surrounding us it was really special. My first was when first walked up to Chris at the alter. What was your favorite moment of the day? ‘ My favorite moment….I actually have three favorite moments.

The bride and groom dusted off their sandy feet and headed towards the Five Crowns Restaurant to continue the celebration! Outdoors, their garden patio reception was whimsical, romantic and full of life and love. To me, this kind of wedding is rare and special and truly beautiful. There really is something so special about an intimate wedding, your guests truly share in your ‘moment in the sun’ they are not merely spectators but active participants in your union. Their family and friends cheered out in joy. Tears filled the couples eyes as Chris and Sarah joined hands, exchanged their own heartfelt vows and shared a kissed to seal the deal. Chris smiled from ear to ear, he couldn’t have been more excited to finally be marrying the love of his life. As Sarah got close Chris turned around and laid his eyes upon his beautiful bride for the first time. Arm and arm, Sarah and her father made their way down the long beach and over the rocks towards their family and friends. Barefoot, Sarah walked towards her love as he looked towards the ocean back turned. Sarah and Chris had an intimate wedding on the sand in Corona Del Mar. After sharing a joyous tear and laugh we continued to the pub where we were the toast of the town (7-8 people)! And as good as our first date was, this was the best date of my life.SARAH + CHRIS // INTIMATE BEACH WEDDING// CORONA DEL MAR + 5 CROWNS I wouldn’t trade that moment for any other. I even wore the same outfit I had worn on our first date from roughly 20 months prior at the Bungalow! It was just us, alone, in a beautiful setting. We were staying in a historic royal hunting lodge in the highlands of Scotland and on our riverside walk to the local pub in the late afternoon I decided to pop the question (after a few drams of whiskey to calm the nerves!). After spending weeks working on her engagement ring, clandestinely, it was shipped out to me in CA and we packed up and headed to Scotland.

We wanted to go somewhere neither of us had been and we landed in Scotland. I fell hard pretty quickly.“ How did you Propose?įrom the groom- “My proposal.so we had scheduled a European vacation and we had spent the previous year in France with my family. We had an incredible night and I would continue to brave the horrific traffic just to get down to spend what time I could with her. It goes without saying, but it was entirely worth it. We first “physically” met at the Bungalow in Huntington Beach where I braved 2-hour traffic to get to. It was over the holidays so all we could do was interact via text for a couple of weeks until I arrived back in California from a long vacation with my family on the East coast. From the groom- “Ashley and I met online.
